Daughters of Wisdom

The congregation of the Daughters of Wisdom is an international religious congregation for women. It was founded on February 2, 1703 in Poitiers, France by St. Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort and Marie Louise Trichet.

St. Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort was prompted to start the congregation of the Daughters of Wisdom after seeing how poor people were being rejected and neglected in his society.

Daughters of Wisdom sisters have different apostolates such as teaching, nursing, administration, accounting, social work etc and all other apostolates that can help to give life to humanity according to the signs of times.

For those who would like to join us, make sure that you are a Catholic Christian who is baptized and confirmed. If you are interested, you need to have a Malawi School Certificate of Education with credit in English and any other four credits in other subjects.
